How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?
Leaking, water staining, streaking, curling shingles, and moss growth are all signs that your roof may need replacement or repair.
Is Castle Builders insured?
Yes! Castle Builders carries liability, auto and workers compensation on our employees. Any subcontractors we use are also required to produce a certificate of insurance before stepping foot on our projects.
Does Castle Builders use their own crew?
Yes! However, some projects require us to use subcontractors. Each subcontractor used is vetted, and required to produce a certificate of insurance prior to start. They are held to the same standards we would hold our crews to. In the event of a subcontractor, someone from Castle Builders would still be monitoring your project the entire time.
Do I need to pull a permit?
No! When you work with Castle Builders we pull all necessary permits and work with the town on schedule inspections throughout your project.
Can I get a free estimate?
All of our estimates are free for current homeowners! However, we do charge a small fee for quotes provided for roofing & renovations to home buyers, which will be refunded to you upon completion of the project.
What is your service area?
New Hampshire – Hillsborough County, Merrimack County, Sullivan County, Cheshire County, Rockingham County, Strafford County, Belknap County Northern Massachusetts – Franklin County, Middlesex County, Essex County, Northern parts of Worcester County.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! Castle Builders offers a craftsmanship guarantee which will be outlined in your contract.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Estimate timing does vary on the type of project. Our goal is to get your quotes out within 2 weeks of seeing the project. Any delay in quoting will be communicated to you by your project manager.
How long are your estimates good for?
Our estimates are valid for 30 days, unless communicated otherwise.
Can I get a drawing of my work?
Some of our projects do require a design. For an additional fee, we have an in-house designer that can work with you to design what you are looking for.
What are my payment terms?
Payment terms are dictated by the contracts and/or contract addendums. Payment options can be discussed directly with your Castle Builders project manager.
How much will my remodel cost?
Because every remodel is unique, prices cannot be determined prior to your official consultation with a project manager. From there, we can provide you a quote for your service!
